Why Join Us: Personalized Care: Our philosophy of person-centered care impacts everything we do Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $17.00/hr Schedule: Part Time | Flex Schedule - Working Evening hours during the week, working Day hours on weekends and holidays | Rotating weekends and holidays required Rotating Schedule - Shift times: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Every Other Friday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Every Other Weekend 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Every Other Holiday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Supportive Team: We believe in the importance of personal and professional growth Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors—greeting everyone with professionalism and warmth Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations Handle documentation and coordinate communication between departments Help maintain a positive and organized front office environmentAssist servingresidents in dining room during meal times, as needed Assist with planned activities, as needed What You’ll Need: Must be 18 years or older Proficiency with standard office systems and technology A friendly, professional demeanor—especially when handling reception responsibilities Ability to work within a senior living environment—preferably experience with elders with Alzheimer’s disease and/or dementia We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
