Qualifications

• College degree and administrators license/certification per state requirements
• LPN/LVN/RN license (preferred)
• Must be able to speak English.
• Aptitude for analytical thinking, capable of creative solutions to solve problems thoroughly and rapidly
• Impeccable organizational skills and leadership abilities
• Previous management experience

Job Summary:
Silverhanven Assisted Living is seeking a fun and energetic Administrator to join our amazing team. As part of the Administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential assisted living homes.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, direct, market, coordinate, and supervise delivery of care for residents of Silverhaven Assisted Living and Memory Support Services.
• Ensure quality care and service for residents while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the executive director to ensure seamless coordination among all departments, including F&B, maintenance, housekeeping, concierge, and activities.
• Directly manage the caregiver staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
