We're looking for a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish who wants more than just another customer service job.

We're looking for someone who is positive, dependable, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Someone who takes ownership of problems, communicates professionally, and wants to be part of a team that expects excellence from one another.

This is a four-day in-office, one-day work-from-home position where you'll build relationships with our customers, solve problems, and play an important role in delivering the level of service our agency is known for.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and create an outstanding first experience with our agency.
• Provide exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Answer policy questions and explain coverage so customers can make informed decisions.
• Take ownership of customer inquiries and work to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers throughout the claims process, including gathering information and submitting required documentation.
• Review and resolve home inspection issues and communicate necessary next steps to customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and policy activity.
• Handle customer concerns professionally with a focus on finding solutions and retaining relationships.
• Work closely with our sales and service teams to provide a consistent, exceptional customer experience.
