Lead Multiple Studios
β’ Oversee one primary studio while supporting 2β3 additional locations
β’ Ensure consistent execution of sales, service, and operations standards
β’ Identify performance gaps early and implement solutions

Develop Studio Managers
β’ Coach and mentor General Managers
β’ Hold teams accountable to studio goals
β’ Help build leadership pipelines within the region
Β
Drive Revenue & Growth
β’ Monitor sales, retention, and utilization metrics
β’ Partner with studios on local marketing and outreach
β’ Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
Β
Maintain Operational Excellence
β’ Conduct regular studio visits
β’ Ensure compliance with company systems and processes
β’ Help standardize best practices across locations

β Experience managing multiple teams, locations, or departments
β Strong leadership presence and coaching ability
β Comfortable owning measurable performance targets
β Organized, decisive, and solution-oriented
β Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Fitness or membership-based business experience is helpful but not required for the right leader.
