Legacy Village of Stillwater, Stillwater's premier senior living community, is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and compassionate leader to step into the role of full-time Assisted Living Director – Assistant Administrator . THE BASICS

Pay : Starting at $55,000/year, depending on experience

Schedule : This is a full-time position. Candidates should be prepared for a consistent weekday schedule with occasional needs outside of standard hours depending on operational needs.

YOUR DAY AS AN ASSISTED LIVING DIRECTOR - ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR

As the Assisted Living Director – Assistant Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day caregiving operations of the assisted living services. You will spend most of your time developing and training our dedicated caregiver team, ensuring they are prepared to meet the evolving needs of our residents. You will regularly communicate with residents and their families, providing updates on care and wellbeing while fostering strong relationships and trust. You will also participate in the leadership of building-wide policies and procedures to ensure our high standards are maintained.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ASSISTED LIVING DIRECTOR - ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR

  • Driven, positive, and motivational approach to leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
  • Active involvement in daily management and care coordination

A valid Oklahoma Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator License or a Long-Term Care Administrator License is preferred but not required.
