This position will focus on Enterprise application, its integrations to Business processes and related Analytics. Working knowledge of business areas supported is expected, serving as an advisor in business systems and process-oriented solutionsMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Quickly learn Manthan product features and understand client’s business and requirements Perform business analysis activities for the Product Lifecycle, Supply Chain & technology areas, including requirements elicitation, tracking, clarification and communication, specification writing and validation of solutions, utilizing appropriate diagramming and documentation methodologies Creation and execution of test plans and scripts in support of solution delivery. Testing solutions to verify requirements are met and working with developers to resolve issues and support once solutions are in production. Adhere & assist with change management, business process improvement and project management Provide guidance to team members as a coach and mentor, in addition to task assignment and evaluation when appropriate Collaborate with other IT and business resources to understand issues, plan work and deliver solutions.EXPECTED SKILLS: Strong executive presence, presentation, and communication skills, including ability to communicate according to audience Ability to work and coordinate with the internal cross-functional teams to help meet client’s ongoing requirements Proficiency in SQL. Experience with Data visualization tools is a plus. Experience and understanding of Agile, Scrum.
