To support a dynamic talent acquisition team in the nuclear energy sector, the full-time Campus Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and assessing candidates for various engineering roles while working remotely. Key responsibilities Source and attract diverse candidates for mechanical, electrical, and nuclear engineering positions Conduct interviews to evaluate technical expertise and cultural fit, guiding candidates through the hiring process Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and manage the recruitment process from screening to onboarding Required qualifications 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume environments Experience in engineering recruitment is highly advantageous Familiarity with regulated industries such as energy or utilities is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5 years with a degree; 9 years without) Proficiency in ATS platforms, with iCIMS experience preferred
