Car Wash Launch Manager (Transition to General Manager)
Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial leader to help us build Silver Lake’s premier car wash destination from the ground up. This unique opportunity is designed for a visionary who wants to be more than just a manager, you will serve as a key partner in upgrading, staffing, and launching our new facility.

Phase 1: The Launch
Facility Upgrade
Consult on equipment installation, bay layouts, and detailing product selection to ensure a high-quality finish.
Staffing & Recruitment
Source, interview, and vet a high-performing team of attendants and detailing specialists.
Operational Setup
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for washing, detailing, and customer flow.
Vendor Management
Establish relationships with chemical and equipment suppliers.
Phase 2: The Operation
Daily Leadership
Supervise all on-site operations, ensuring high-volume efficiency without compromising quality.
Quality Control
Oversee advanced detailing processes and maintain premium standards.
Customer Experience
Serve as the face of the business, build a local membership base, and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
Team Development
Lead ongoing training in safety protocols, detailing techniques, and premium customer service.
Inventory & Maintenance
Manage detailing supplies and conduct routine equipment inspections to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
The “Opener” Experience
Proven track record in car wash management, including facility setup and team recruitment experience.
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of detailing, high-speed buffing, and car wash chemistry. (Window tinting experience is a major plus.)
Leadership DNA
Ability to transition from independent contractor to managing a team of 10+ staff members.
Client Savvy
Understanding of premium customer service and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, high-end clientele.
Logistics
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
