We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master / Project Manager with Payments domain expertise and will be responsible for managing and guiding agile teams, ensuring the successful delivery of payments-related projects .
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints.
• Coordinate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with payments industry regulations, security standards, and best practices.
• pply payments domain knowledge to understand technical requirements, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive process improvements and foster an agile mindset within the organization.
