Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Change Management Consultant to join their team. As a Change Management Consultant, you will be part of the Organizational Development department supporting project teams and leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Change Management Consultant

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with clients to assess their change management needs and develop tailored strategies.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Create comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders in implementing change initiatives.
• Develop and deliver effective change management workshops and training sessions.

What's Needed?

• Experience with Gemini AI is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Change Management Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering training sessions.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
