Drive has recently partnered with new nonprofit and charitable organizations and is actively building 2–3 marketing teams around top performers who want to make a real impact. While this role begins at the entry level, our focus is long‑term growth. We are committed to internally developing select candidates from a Marketing Assistant role into Managing Director positions within 12 months. It’s a fast track—but that’s the pace required to support the urgent missions of the organizations we represent. We’re especially interested in candidates with an athletic background or competitive mindset.
