We are seeking a Customer service Courier to deliver Medical devices to our Dentist clients.

Company Vehice and Phone provided.

The great candidate for this position will have:

• Customer service mindset and great upbeat personality
• Safe driving Record
• Comfort with apps and digital tools for route management and pickup/delivery compliance
• Available full time mondays thru friday
• Enjoy interacting with customers in their offices and helping them with issues or concerns
• Work well with others to solve customer concerns as a team
• Good attention to detail and professional demeanor
• fluent english verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities include

• Packing small delivery pouches/boxes accurately
• Delivering and picking up cases from dental clinics
• Providing a friendly customer service experience to those offices
• Communicating to the company any concerns or issues slients may express so they can be solved immediately
• Carefully document all stops and pickups/deliveries
• Open and sort the cases at the end of the route.
• Basic office duties like restocking packing supplies, helping with basic office functions like sorting cleaning and matching paperwork, filing.
