Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support customers, answer questions, and provide professional assistance throughout the customer experience. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, developing communication skills, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
* Answer questions regarding products and services.
* Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information.
* Recommend products or solutions based on customer needs.
* Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
* Assist with customer follow-ups and routine account activities.
* Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
* Support promotional activities and customer acquisition efforts.
* Maintain organized records of customer interactions.
* Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members.
* Collaborate with team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
* Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
* Strong problem-solving and listening abilities.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Reliable, adaptable, and professional.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. REQUISITOS
