Family Law Attorney

We are a respected and client-focused family law firm in Hackensack, NJ , is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. We are known for our compassionate approach, strong advocacy, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients during some of life's most challenging moments.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled attorney with a strong foundation in New Jersey family law. The ideal candidate is confident in litigation, comfortable managing a full caseload, and committed to providing high-quality, empathetic representation.

Responsibilities
-Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and post-judgment issues
-Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
-Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, mediations, and trials
-Represent clients in court, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution
-Communicate consistently and compassionately with clients, keeping them informed and involved
-Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective case strategies

Qualifications
-J.D. from an accredited law school
-Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
-4+ years of family law experience preferred
-Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
-Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
-High attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent client-management skills

Salary: $120,000 to $190,000 + bonus
