Job Description

Responsibilities Coordinate the exportation of goods by air Schedule with airlines and manage the movement of goods Prepare and process documentation for customs clearance Track and monitor shipments providing updates to customers Manage customer relationships and address concerns Collaborate with internal departments for service delivery Ensure compliance with regulations and laws Requirements Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable Mathematical Skills Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, such as calculating costs and rates Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations Understanding of trade laws and regulations Fluency in English is required Knowledge of additional languages is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
