However, they will be expected to actively participate in all areas of Front Office, including responsibilities as a Telephone Operator and within the Grand Club. Comprehensive training will be provided across all areas of the Front Office, helping you grow your skillset and contribute to the exceptional service we offer our Guests.The Front Office Host position is designed for our Guests to have a seamless experience at our resort. This highly visible role gives opportunity for elevated conversation and has a direct impact on creating the Guest experience.
