You receive a shift premium even while training on day shift, and once hired directly you can earn a monthly attendance bonus. The benefits package is designed to be accessible and supportive, including medical coverage with a low deductible and dental coverage with no co-pay. A profit-sharing program at the end of each year provides an additional opportunity to share in the company’s success, with payouts based on attendance, performance, safety, and overall company results. This environment values long-term commitment and offers the chance to grow with a team that is investing in improving and upgrading its facility.

Work Environment

This is a third-shift position running from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, with current Friday work and potential weekend overtime during launch periods. The role is based in a manufacturing facility that is undergoing improvements and renovations, with the goal of becoming significantly cleaner and more modern over time. You will work as part of a small team of about six people in a production setting that involves hands-on assembly, machine operation, lifting, and quality inspection. The dress code includes work pants, a work shirt, and closed-toe shoes, with safety glasses and a face mask provided or required as part of standard safety practices.
