About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Graphic Design to lead the development and maintenance of a strong, consistent, and conversion-driven visual brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's visual identity is in line with its business goals and effectively communicates trust, clarity, and market presence. This role involves owning the visual direction of the brand across all platforms, from marketing assets to product visuals, and acting as a strategic partner to various teams. Key performance objectives include building a recognizable brand presence, establishing scalable design systems, and supporting growth and marketing through high-impact visual execution. The Head of Graphic Design will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing design function, fostering a creative culture that balances speed, quality, and business impact. Applicants for the Head of Graphic Design position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impact in brand, marketing, and digital design. The role requires a candidate with a practical understanding of AI in visual creation and a proactive approach to leveraging AI for design. Experience in leading or mentoring designers, as well as advanced proficiency in design tools, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in fast-paced environments, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality assets quickly. Strong communication skills, high ownership, and the ability to work effectively in remote, asynchronous teams are also necessary.
