SAP Business Development Director The
SAP Business Development Director will drive SAP opportunities from qualification, solutioning, client presentations through negotiation and closure.
- Experience farming and expanding SAP services in the HiTech sectors.
- At least 7-10 years of SAP solutioning and services selling; proven experience in shaping and solutioning a mix of SAP deals (S/4HANA, Cloud migration, AMS, Testing, LOB solutions (HANA, Ariba, IBP, SF)
- In-depth experience in SAP's product ecosystem and industry specific solutions.
- Proven track record in SAP OB/TCV quota carrying roles with similar sized system integrators.
- Hands on sales Leader role to focus on key accounts and partner with internal sector/market unit teams.
- Solid storyboarding story telling, PowerPoint and excel skills.
- Serve as single point of contact for opportunity qualification, building of end-to-end solution, pricing and consultative SAP selling initiatives.
- Generate and execute opportunities, interact with prospective customers through executive meetings, SAP discovery conversations, SAP solution demonstrations, executive presentations and follow-up discussions.
- Ability to hunt new and farm existing accounts for SAP opportunities.
- Experience engaging with senior leaders (CxO level) on various solutions and business problems. Able to listen and analyze a client's requirements, create, and present to a compelling SAP solution and business value message.
- In-depth understanding of SAP's current and roadmap product capabilities, industry specific solutions
- Track record of successfully partnering with multiple teams (pre-sales, delivery, vertical, financial and legal)
In order to be successful in this role, the ideal person will have: - 10+ years SAP experience of which at least 3 years as an SAP Sales or Presales Practitioner.
- Revenue targets 15-20M min.
- Understands the latest offerings form SAP - Rise, S/4HANA, AMS, AD, BTP, LOB solutions (HANA, Ariba, SFSF, IBP).
- Has hands on experience in solutioning and presenting various SAP services - Transformation, AMS, Cloud Migration.
- Understanding of the SAP business in atleast one of the Hi-Tech industry and the nuances of the sector, especially around the cloud migration.
- Should be a good communicator and have experience of working with offshore presales and solution teams.
͏͏͏͏ The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
