Inventory Specialist

Location: Rochester, NH
Job Type: Temporary (1–2 months) with potential for long term placement
Schedule: Full-Time – 40HR/Week - OT Available
Pay: Starting at $22.00+ per hour, based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Tool Crib Attendant to support the organization and management of our tool crib operations. This role will focus on reorganizing and improving the efficiency of the tool room while ensuring tools and equipment are accurately tracked within the company's inventory management system.

This is a temporary assignment expected to last 1–2 months, with the possibility of long-term or permanent employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Reorganize and clean up the tool crib/tool room area.

• Assign, relocate, and properly store tools and equipment.

• Perform accurate data entry within the tool management system.

• Maintain organization and accountability of tooling inventory.

• Support production operations by ensuring tools are readily accessible and properly tracked.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Machine Operators, and Production personnel to address tooling needs.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with accurate data entry experience required.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Inventory management experience preferred but not required.

• Willingness to learn company tool tracking systems and processes; training will be provided.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Schedule
Choose from one of the following shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Flexible

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
