Powered by our Credit Margin Engine, Native ensures liquidity is available precisely when and where it’s needed, all through a single API. This creates a frictionless experience for DeFi participants, while seamlessly abstracting chain complexities for any ecosystem or dApp. Position Summary Native is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to join our team. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, aligns efforts to meet project goals, maintains documentation, and facilitates communication between technical and non-technical members to ensure clarity. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in financial technology and trading systems, with foundational product management skills and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with the Tech Head to plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the development of Native. Manage product timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery of various development projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, researchers, and stakeholders, to align efforts and meet project goals Maintain and review product documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and progress Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the development process Track product milestones and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership Support the implementation of best practices in project management Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including both Native-related materials and internal resources like onboarding guides and process documentation. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably in software development or blockchain / DeFi related projects Strong understanding of software development lifecycles Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management tools (Notion) and Github Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
