What You’ll Experience Operations & Hospitality: Master day‑to‑day leadership in a high‑performing restaurant. Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop 15-20 people each shift. Marketing: Plan and execute local campaigns to grow sales and brand reach. Human Resources: Learn recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and performance management. Finance: Analyze budgets, manage labor and food costs, and improve profitability.
