Turf Valley Resort & Spa is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist who is passionate about holistic wellness and dedicated to providing exceptional guest care. Responsibilities
• Provide a range of therapeutic massage services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Prenatal, and Hot Stone.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Educate guests on the benefits of massage and recommend wellness routines or follow-up services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space.
• Assist with light laundry duties as needed.
• Support front-of-house operations when required, including checking clients in or out during slower periods.
• Uphold all sanitation, safety, and spa protocols to ensure a relaxing and safe environment.
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented culture.

Skills & Qualifications
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques.
• Experience with deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and pain-management modalities.
• Ability to work independently with confidence and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills that build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
• A compassionate, service-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• MUST have a valid Maryland Massage Therapist License
  • NOTE: Your application will not be considered if you do not have a valid MD MT License listed in your application. Proof of License will be requested and required during the interview.
• Please do not apply if you are unable to work weekends
• Must be certified in Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, and stone massage.
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 40lbs.
