As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in Ft Wayne, IN. Job Details PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. The role includes direct responsibility for mortgage loan processing and client relationship management. Job Description Recommends loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements. Manages a portfolio of customer relationships, seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients, and is responsible for sales calls. Develops and prepares loan solutions, refers products and services, and reviews documentation to ensure compliance; manages customer pipeline for efficiency. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Key Attributes Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Managing Risk – Able to assess and effectively manage all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Work Experience – Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with Education – No degree required. Certifications – No required certification(s). Licenses – No required license(s).
