We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Full-Time Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong administrative, financial, and patient service skills who can ensure the office runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Supervise, train, and support front office and clinical team members.
Manage staff schedules, timekeeping, and office workflow.
Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure efficient appointment management.
Monitor office performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and patient satisfaction.
Verify dental insurance benefits and oversee insurance claims, billing, and collections.
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients.
Manage accounts receivable, collections, and payment processing.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
Maintain inventory of dental and office supplies and coordinate ordering as needed.
Work closely with the dentist(s) to achieve practice goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Address patient concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the practice.

Salary Range

full-time $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental office, with previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
Experience working in a private dental practice.
Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar).
Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, claims processing, and treatment planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Preferences

Experience with treatment coordination and financial presentations.
Familiarity with dental office performance metrics and reporting.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
