DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Chesterfield, MO.Key Responsibilities:* Define and drive the SAP testing strategy, including functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing* Design comprehensive test scenarios, scripts, plans, schedules, and resource strategies aligned with SAP release cycles* Lead and mentor testing teams and automation engineers across the ERP ecosystem* Coordinate and govern testing activities spanning SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and WM* Oversee test execution for S/4HANA programs, including greenfield implementations, system conversions, and global rollouts* Drive defect management, root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and timely escalation of critical issues* Deliver executive-level quality dashboards, insights, and go-live readiness assessments that enable informed decision-making* Champion continuous improvement by promoting best practices, automation, and innovative quality engineering approachesRequirements* 5+ years of testing experience, including significant experience within SAP environments* Proven success leading Quality Assurance activities for at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration* Strong understanding of SAP architecture and end-to-end enterprise business processes* Experience with testing and defect management tools such as Panaya and Azure DevOps* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into meaningful business insights* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams toward successful deliveryJob TypeContractCompensation35 - $40
