Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
• Execute daily cleaning, dish, and reset procedures
• Assist with prep, mise en place, and ingredient organization
• Support product builds (pizza, pinsa, bakery platforms)
• Assist in testing, bake evaluations, and line trials
• Document formulas, processes, and observations
• Support sample prep, labeling, and shipping
• Assist with customer visits, cuttings, and presentations

Qualifications - Required:
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary program
• Strong work ethic and foundational kitchen skills
• Willingness to perform all aspects of kitchen work
Qualifications - Preferred:
• CIA or equivalent training
• Interest in product development
• Strong organization and attention to detail

Work Environment & Schedule:
• Summer (May–August)
• 30–40 hours/week
• Occasional long days based on testing and customer visits
