About the Role

Healthretreat Management LLC is a U.S.-based Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) services company supporting patients with chronic conditions through technology-driven care. We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented Nurse Practitioners licensed in Texas to remotely monitor patient data related to blood pressure and blood glucose.

This is an ideal opportunity for NPs looking for flexible, part-time clinical work without phone-heavy responsibilities or direct patient visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and monitor patient blood pressure and blood glucose readings via the RPM platform
• Analyze patient-generated health data on an ongoing basis
• Provide clinical comments, guidance, and care notes based on established protocols
• Identify abnormal readings and escalate concerns as appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically through the platform
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Valid U.S. nursing credentials
• Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or chronic care management preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge of hypertension and diabetes management
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using online healthcare platforms and basic computer tools
• Reliable internet connection

Schedule & Flexibility

• Up to 12 hours per week
