LuckyPrints is seeking a motivated individual for a press operator / assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manual or automatic screen printing presses
• Load garments and assist with production runs
• Maintain registration, print quality, and ink consistency
• Perform press setup and adjustments
• Mix inks and maintain proper color matching
• Inspect printed garments for quality
• Maintain a clean and organized production area

Requirements

• 1+ year screen printing experience (manual or automatic press)
• Understanding of registration, inks, and garment printing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes of garments
