Position Overview: We are seeking a
highly experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in
Kanban and a background in
Security Technologies , including
Encryption ,
Key Management , and
HSM (Hardware Security Module)-based systems. The ideal candidate will guide agile delivery teams and facilitate the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across enterprise infrastructure and security programs.
This role will be embedded in the
Key Management Services (KMS) Infrastructure Delivery team, supporting early-phase initiatives critical to the bank's security infrastructure on both
on-premises and cloud environments (Azure & AWS).
Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos, and backlog grooming.
- Manage and customize Jira boards and Kanban workflows , ensuring task accuracy, team accountability, and delivery progress visibility.
- Serve as a liaison between engineering teams, product owners, and leadership , removing blockers and improving delivery velocity.
- Support infrastructure/security-related initiatives , especially those focused on KMS , HSMs , cryptographic systems , and key lifecycle management .
- Promote and foster a continuous improvement culture , coaching teams on Agile best practices and collaboration.
- Provide Agile metrics and reporting to inform leadership, including velocity tracking, burn-down charts, and workflow analytics.
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prioritize and align deliverables to strategic goals.
Required Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master , with a strong focus on Kanban and Agile Coaching .
- Advanced Jira expertise, including creating and managing complex workflows, dashboards, and automation.
- Experience with Agile delivery in technical environments including infrastructure , DevOps , CI/CD , and cloud platforms .
- Strong understanding of security-focused technology stacks :
- Key Management
- Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
- Identity Management
- Secrets Vaults
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Encryption standards and protocols
- Proven ability to train and mentor Agile teams and champion Agile adoption across the organization.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects in Azure and AWS environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills .
Preferred Qualifications: - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) , Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) , or SAFe Agile certification
- Background in managing large-scale Agile transformations
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement abilities
