Front Desk Agent Location: Cincinnati, OH, 45202 Job Description: The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department, making reservations, and handling guest complaints and concerns.
