SMT Operator

Location: Exeter, NH Pay: $20–$23/hour Join Our Team! We're looking for a detail-oriented SMT Operator to help build high-quality electronic products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience with SMT equipment and enjoy working with precision, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment, including Pick & Place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.
• Load and verify electronic components based on work orders and production schedules.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and proper component placement.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Clean and maintain stencils, feeders, nozzles, and other production tools.
• Monitor production runs and make machine adjustments to maintain efficiency.
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to keep production running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of SMT operating experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with Pick & Place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens is a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions and assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
• Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
