Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead on-site snow and ice management activities, including plowing, de-icing, and sidewalk clearing
• Coordinate crews and equipment to deliver timely and effective service in accordance with company standards
• Monitor site conditions and provide real-time status updates and “Safe by Six” reports using SiteFotos
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Area Manager regarding site conditions, progress, and any issues during snow events

Qualifications

• Experience in snow operations, site supervision, or crew leadership preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and available to work 24/7 during snow events as needed
• Reliable transportation and access to a phone required
