Client Solutions Manager Location: Tampa, 33607 - WFH Flexible Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Must be able to flex after‑hours for client needs) Pay: Competitive, $80,000 OTE with uncapped commission potential (up to $100K+) Onsite presence is required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, or as needed for administrative tasks such as collecting IDs and conducting drug screenings. Key Responsibilities Build credibility with clients by delivering highly qualified candidates and consultative hiring guidance. Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships by understanding hiring needs, workforce gaps, and business goals. Proactively source, engage, and recruit passive candidates through networking (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, referrals, cold outreach, and social media content). Devise marketing plans for career opportunities and communicate the value to candidates. Build and maintain hard‑to‑find talent pipelines aligned with client culture and long‑term needs. Leverage AI, data manipulation, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent at scale. Promote candidate talent to clients to create hiring opportunities and add value beyond active job orders. Provide market insights, hiring trends, and talent availability data to support client decision‑making. Maintain a consultative, relationship‑driven approach. Contribute to a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. Success Metrics Manage a high‑volume workload of ~30 open roles. Conduct a target of 20 interviews weekly with qualified candidates. Thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. Focus on quality over quantity to deliver highly qualified candidates. Collaborate with the team to reach a goal of 20 contract starts per week. Requirements 2–4 years of staffing recruiting experience. Technically proficient in sourcing tools and talent attraction strategies. Professional B2B communication skills. High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred). Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and reference check. Sales experience is a plus.
