STERIS is hosting an onsite interview day for Material Handler, Maintenance Technician, and Administrative Assistant roles at our Coon Rapids facility! Meet directly with our hiring team and interview on the spot for immediate consideration.

Positions, Shift & Pay:

Material Handler II:

1st Shift

1. Thursday (half day) 12:00 PM–6:00 PM; Friday–Sunday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
2. Thursday–Sunday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
3. Wednesday (half day) 12:00 PM–6:00 PM; Thursday–Saturday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

3rd Shift

1. Thursday 12:00 AM–6:00 AM; Thursday–Saturday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Note: This schedule begins with a partial shift on Thursday morning (12:00 AM–6:00 AM), followed by the regular overnight schedule beginning Thursday evening.

Base Pay: $22.89–$25.12 per hour, based on experience

Shift Differential: +$3.00 per hour for 3rd shift

Maintenance Technician:

Shifts

1. Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
2. Sunday–Thursday 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

**Base Pay: *$28.00–$36.00 per hour, based on experience *

Shift Differential: **+$3.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shift

Senior Maintenance Technician:

Shift

1. Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

**Base Pay: **$33.00–$42.00 per hour, based on experience

Administrative Assistant:

Shift

1. Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Base Pay: **$20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED is required for all positions
• Material Handler II - minimum of two years’ warehousing/manufacturing experience, equipment experience (forklift/pallet jack) is a plus.
• Administrative Assistant – minimum of two years’ experience in clerical, accounting or similar positions.
• Maintenance Technician – minimum of two years related experience in positions demonstrating knowledge of maintenance systems, mechanical processes, and production output in a manufacturing/industrial/military environment.
• Senior Maintenance Technician - High School Diploma or G.E.D. with 9 years of experience or an associate degree with 5 years of experience.
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift and work in a fast-paced environment
