• ERP and/or Planning Systems (SAP, JDE, JDA, OMP) experience is required
• Advanced Planning Systems experience (APS/APO/JDA/OMP) required
• Experience in 3 out of the 5 core areas of Planning is required- Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning and S&OP.
• Relevant mix of global, regional, cross-sector / cross-industry experience is preferred.
• APICS certification is preferred
• LEAN and/or Six Sigma Certifications is preferred
• Project management and/or PMP certification is preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of the E2ESupply Chain flow & interdependencies across functions required
• Innovation/creativity is critical since this individual needs to provide alternate solutions to capacity constraints within the Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision (JJSV) network
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make the complex clear.
• Self-directed and ability to work with limited supervision
• Experience of working in an S&OP environment.
