Salary Range: $20+ an hour

• Become a Brain-Training Guru: Help patients of all ages improve their visual skills through fun and engaging exercises. It’s like a gym for your eyes, and you’re the personal trainer!
• Problem-Solving Detective: Every patient is a unique puzzle, and you’ll get to figure out how to put the pieces together.
• Motivational Speaker: Inspire and encourage your patients as they work through their vision therapy program.
• Tech Wizard: Use state-of-the-art equipment to guide your patients through their exercises..
• Creative Collaborator: Work alongside a team of passionate professionals to develop personalized treatment plans. Teamwork makes the dream work!
• Visionary Leader: Educate patients and their families about the wonders of vision therapy. You’ll be their guide on the journey to better vision.

Required Skills Employee Participation in Marketing Initiatives:
To foster a welcoming and engaging environment for both current and prospective patients, employees are encouraged to participate in social media and marketing photos. Showcasing our team helps build trust and comfort with patients, which in turn supports the growth and success of the practice. Participation in videos is entirely optional and will be based on individual comfort levels.
