Tableau (BI) Developer job description:
Responsible for design, development, testing, documentation, deployment and support of enterprise analytic reports
Experience with Tableau, primarily in a role focused on developing dashboards or reports or other data visualizations
Strong understanding of visualization techniques and best practices
Strong knowledge on SQL, PL SQL, and other databases
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting, databases
Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented
Provide training to users to create ad-hoc reports
Experience & Skills:
Experience developing and implementing enterprise wide reports and dashboards
Define and develop KPIs and dashboards
Working with users in a requirements analysis role
Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational databases, knowledge SQL preferred)
Technical: SQL, Tableau, visualization, building graphs and reports
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or related degree required
