Tableau Developer

This is a job posting for a resource to specifically assist with savings calculations and Tableau development (from data sources, worksheet builds, dashboard design to publishing to server). This resource will also help clean the item master on PPI (Physician Preference Items) categories. There is no specific skill set, just highly analytical. This resource will assist with PPI cleanup. Experience Preferred: Healthcare background.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau software.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data visualization solutions.
• Optimize data sources and create data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and provide actionable insights.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of visualizations.
• Maintain and enhance existing Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to optimize Tableau server performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau functionality and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and trends to continuously improve data visualization capabilities.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure seamless data integration and data governance.
