Our client, a high-end luxury automotive dealership in Boca Raton, is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join their team. This individual will be responsible for processing vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag transfers.
• Prepare and submit title paperwork to the DMV.
• Verify the accuracy of sales, trade-in, and title documents.
• Maintain organized records and files for vehicle transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding titles and resolve discrepancies.
• Work closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure timely processing.

Requirements:

• Previous automotive Title Clerk experience required.
• Knowledge of Florida DMV regulations and title procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
