Are you a skilled and experienced Underground Utilities Pipe Foreman looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable site development company in South Daytona, FL? If so, Drewry Site Development wants you to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:Minimum 3–5 years of underground utility installation experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
In-depth knowledge of underground utility construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Strong understanding of OSHA and trench safety regulations.
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
Leadership and crew management.
Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
Knowledge of pipe materials (PVC, ductile iron, concrete, etc.).
Equipment operation and maintenance understanding.
Strong focus on safety and quality control.
Outdoor construction sites involving excavation and pipe-laying.
Exposure to heavy equipment, dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
Requires use of PPE (hard hats, safety vests, gloves, boots, etc.).
