Key Responsibilities

• Support a diverse set of engineering and design activities, ranging from architectural development to in-house prefabrication coordination and technology integration support.
• Produce and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D digital models for construction and fabrication, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate coordination on complex projects.
• Develop high-quality visual materials — including renderings, animations, graphics, and presentation visuals — to improve stakeholder communication and assist in securing new opportunities.
• Guide Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts by maintaining company modeling standards while introducing improved processes that enhance cross-functional teamwork.
• Help expand immersive technology initiatives such as augmented, mixed, and virtual reality, and assist with reality-capture workflows utilizing tools like drone imaging and laser scanning.
• Provide coaching and knowledge-sharing to project staff, promoting effective VDC practices, strengthening team capability, and fostering ongoing professional development.
