As Warehouse Manager (Bilingual English and Mandarin) at our Memphis, Tennessee facility, you will oversee the entire warehouse operation. This role requires strong leadership and frequent communication with Chinese factories and transportation companies to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for managing the team and optimizing workflows to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement warehouse management standards and processes, overseeing daily activities such as container unloading, cargo handling, picking, shipping, order processing, and transportation to ensure accurate receipt, dispatch, and storage of goods.
• Manage inbound and outbound operations on-site, optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and reduce error rates.
• Develop and enforce warehouse safety operating standards.
• Lead the operational team within the warehouse and coordinate with external partners.
• Liaise with the Head Operational team to address customer requirements.
• Optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes.
• Create employee management policies, KPI assessment systems, and incentive programs.

Required Qualifications

• Over three years of warehouse or e-commerce storage experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role, preferably managing new warehouse locations.
• Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is preferred!!
• Experience managing warehouses exceeding 100,000 square feet, with knowledge of warehouse business processes, quality management systems, and SOP development.
• Resided in the United States for over five years with a valid work permit.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in logistics or warehouse management.
• Proficiency with computer operations, OFFICE software, warehouse PDA, WMS, NetSuite, and RS Smart software.
• Forklift certification compliant with OSHA standards.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong responsibility sense and ability to handle pressure.
• Familiarity with shipping requirements for Big Box retail and e-commerce platforms.
• Availability on call during peak periods to meet customer demands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating new warehouse locations.
