In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately packing and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring that our high standards of quality are maintained. As a Warehouse Packer, you will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that products are handled with care, packed efficiently, and ready for dispatch. • Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications.
• Ensure all packed items meet quality and safety standards before shipment.
• Label packages correctly and prepare them for delivery.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the packing area.
• Report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor immediately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
• Participate in inventory counts as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse packing or a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality packing of products.
• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to count and verify items.
• Ability to lift and move boxes, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
