We are seeking candidates who:

Want to make a livable wage. All employees at Sparkle Squad start at a minimum of $21 hr

What You Will Do:

Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.

Excel in a team environment.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Create memorable moments to maximize customer experience.

Continuously improve through feedback and ongoing training

Be rewarded for your efforts and success.

Must be comfortable with occasional ladder work

Must have a license and good driving record

Must undergo a background check

What You Will Get:

A consistent 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm schedule and potential for overtime.

A living wage (starting at $21/hr+Tips)
