What You'll Be Doing As a Barber at FADES BARBERSHOP, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Building strong relationships with clients by offering personalized consultations and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to uphold our shop’s professional standards.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering to keep your skills sharp.
- Contributing to a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both clients and team members.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience is preferred but not required as a professional barber.
- A valid barbering license.
- Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and grooming.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for your craft and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
