General Production Worker
Hands‑on work. Steady hours. Room to grow.
What You’ll Do
Assemble and prepare products according to specifications
Work with a variety of tools including sanders, nail guns, clamps, and other power tools
Read and take accurate measurements
Lift, move, and position materials (up to 50 lbs)
Support general production and assembly tasks as needed
What You Bring
Experience using basic hand tools and power tools
Ability to read a tape measure confidently
General labor, assembly, or production experience
Basic understanding of machine operation
Dependability and willingness to learn new skills
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or assembly experience
Experience with forklifts or machine operation
Familiarity working with wood products
Ability to read blueprints and perform simple inspections

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northwood, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
