May float to other sections within the lab in a generalist capacity, if needed. Participates in training and orientation of new employees. Performs all other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related laboratory field, Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT) by ASCP, AMT, or AAB.
