You will partner closely with universities, hiring managers, and business leaders to build early-career talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding on campus.

You must have a minimum 2 years experience in a college/campus recruiting role. You must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and be highly organized, and are comfortable managing high-volume recruiting in fast-paced environments. In the federal and technical space, campus recruiters often focus on building pipelines for engineering, cyber, software development, intelligence, and business-related talent.
