Phil's family is seeking a compassionate and reliable elder care provider to join our family in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are looking for someone who can assist our elderly family member as a companion in a live-out, part-time role. The ideal candidate will provide companionship and support, as they rehab from hip surgery in a rehab facility so they can transition back to their assisted living community. Your responsibilities will include engaging in conversations, emotional support through therapy, keeping family updated on her progress and type of care she us receiving at the therapy location. Small errand running and assisting with light daily activities. We value kindness and patience, and we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with seniors.
